The Hip Trauma Unit at Clínica Vistahermosa of Alicante was represented by Dr. Jesus Más who participated as an instructor in the Advanced-Expert Hip Arthroscopy held in Arthrolab facilities in the city of Munich (Germany) on October 10 and 11, 2011.

This course has been attended by a group of experts in hip arthroscopy and during which have been treated the most innovative and advanced techniques of arthroscopic treatment of various diseases of the hip have been treated. There were discussions on major theoretical and technical aspects later with practical work on cadaver specimens for improving these surgical techniques.

Such events can improve the expertise of orthopedic surgeons  and physicians to develop these techniques through arthroscopy, resulting in a clear benefit to the patient, who will be able to solve their hip problems in a less invasive way and with much shorter recovery periods.

Clínica Vistahermosa of Alicante, through its specialist orthopedic hip unit, has actively participated in teaching these techniques to other surgeons, keeping at the forefront in the development and implementation of new surgical techniques.
