Dr. David Bustamante Suárez de Puga performs his studies in Medicine and Surgery at the University of the Basque Country (Bizkaia) during the years 1992 to 1998. He did his specialization in the Hospital General of Elda, and obtained the title of Specialist in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology in 2005.

He developed his professional career in Hospital General of Elda until 2011.

In 2011 he joined Traumavist as Chief of the Upper Limb Unit.

He is a member of the Spanish Orthopaedic Society (SECOT), the Valencian Orthopaedic Society (SOTOCAV), and the Spanish Society of Sports Orthopedics and Traumatology (SETRADE).

Author of national and international publications, lectures, and communications in Courses and Congresses of Ortopaedics and Traumatology. At present, it continues its scientific and training activities by participating in courses and congresses related fundamentally to the biomechanics and pathology of the upper limb.
